By accessing or using DistressScope, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Starter Status

DistressScope is currently a starter foundation for a future distressed property, auction, and forced-sale opportunity platform. Full product features, data sources, and subscription terms are not yet launched.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must not upload illegal, infringing, or misleading content.
• You must independently verify any future property information before acting on it.

4. Property Information Disclaimer

Future property, auction, and investment intelligence features may contain errors, stale data, or third party information. DistressScope will not replace professional legal, financial, survey, or tax advice.

5. Billing

Billing infrastructure may exist in the codebase, but DistressScope pricing and usage limits are not yet active for this starter cleanup.
